About nutritherapy worshop
There is no secret to staying healthy. We know what we need to do: regular physical activity, eating healthy, surrounding ourselves with positive people…
This lifestyle seemingly simple is actually a lot more complicated to lead than we think. You know it. You also may have been through experiences putting your priorities upside down (momentarily).
To be involved in decisions regarding your health, to do it consciously and with your heart, often is the key to success.
I compiled for you several years of study on healthy diet and the practical aspects but also tested several concepts. I propose today different workshops to help you in your pathway toward a “healthy living” whatever your reasons. The workshops will help to make the right decisions enabling you to save time when you put in practice daily the new “healthy you”. My experience is that these workshops will give you solid knowledge and strengthen your involvement.
Offer a workshop to a relative and we will send you a voucher to print out and a list of workshop themes (and availabilities) to choose from.
Any booking is made online. For organizational reasons, we can’t change or cancel a booking once the workshop is less than 15 days away. Of course, it will be reimbursed if canceled by the organizer.
Workshop “What’s a healthy diet?”
By proposing you one theme per month, this format allows you to become familiar with the practical aspects of a healthy diet. The workshop is 4 hours and divided in 3 parts, a theoretical part followed by practical applications leading to a number of propositions relating to the developed theme. Finally, food tasting will happen in an enriching moment of experience exchanges and collective learning.
Products used are as local as possible and from sustainable or organic farming.

October : Eating raw or cooked ? For whom ? Why ? Exploration of the different cooking modes.
November : Discovery of the vegetable proteins.
December : Associate texture, savour and colour of foods in festive dishes.
Workshop - Eating well, beautiful, and good!
In this workshop you will not find gluten nor casein, nor lactose.
You will learn to put in practice in a joyful and tasty way the know-how of healthy diet and living food.
You will discover what are the substitution products of choice to replace gluten and casein.
You will actively participate to all the creations.
First day d-1: Gluten free
Your breads, pizzas, biscuits and cakes will always be tasty
Second day d-2 : casein and lactose free
Dessert, creams and vegetable whipped cream will no longer be a secret to you.
Last day d-3 : Specific
You will discover the virtues of dehydration, lacto-fermentation and germination to gain health benefits, and for more pleasure; vegetable ice cream will flatter your taste buds.
